In CA mhy home was scheduled to be auction off & 6 days prior to auction I was accepted & qualified for a work out program & a request to postphone auction was issued. Four days prior to auction I was waiting for confirmation of postponement in writing & was advised everything looked good they were awaiting just one more authoriztion & would call me immediately when they get it & would fax it to me. I got a call later that afternoon to see if I had refinanced the loan, because it just posted that my loan was just paid in full. It was paid in full by a foreclosure company my second uses. I was advised that the jr. lien holder paid it off in order to position themselves to be senior lien holder. I asked my first how could this happen when I was on a work out program with you? How could you allow this to happen? As far as they were concerned I was no longer a customer & I would have to contact them. The jr. lien holder in the past has wrongefully tried to foreclose on my home!
