I traded in my car but the independant dealer hasnt paid off my old loan yet…who should I contact?
March 13th, 2010I traded my car with a payoff thru the 24th of Nov. It still hasnt funded yet and I now have a 30 day late. I cant get any response of course. Who should I contact? Lawyer, the law, BBB ect? Thanks.
