I had a repo car back in 2003. In 2006 i paid it off to the bank. It shows on all 3 of my credit reports. This month they are still reporting March 2008. Why are they still reporting it every month if it is saying it is paid? And they put a 60 day late pay on it this month also. I was done paying on it in 2006. This has kept my credit score down. Shouldn’t the date of last activity be 2006? And them reporting on it every month, isn’t that keeping my score down? I called them and they said they would fix it and update it. How can they keep damaging my credit further by law?
