Such crap! That woman is no victim!! The fees on payday loans and how it is to be paid back are written in plain English when you sign for the money. It’s as simple as any other bill. If you can’t afford it don’t take it!! These type of people and their constant crying about being victims are the ones that are bringing our country closer to socialism every day! Stop playing the victim and act responsibly. Pay your bills and close your mouth!!!!!

It’s actually all her fault for using a payday advance irresponsibly. She should know better then to max it out to where it became a source of income for her. It’s ridiculous that she is making herself out to be the victim. The payday company didn’t loan the money to her in installments of $25, why would she think she can pay it back like that? She is taking advantage of the system and should be ashamed of herself for putting in this ridiculous complaint.

I feel for people like this woman I also have Payday Loan debt. ALL of the Loan companies I borrowed from are on my credit report as unpaid my paychecks got garnished.

But 4yrs later I am cleaning up my credit and paying my old bank the money I owe them.

It is sooooooo important to use Payday Loans in an extreme emergency! Payday loans is not the quick fix to pay bills or put food on the table!!

I agree, she took the money from the store and said she would pay it back.. then she does not pay them….. did she think the cash store would just not want the money back. Welcome to the real world grandma.. nobody gets a free ride.

Theyre not lying to anyone. They have a job to do and if the people who barrow from them cant afford it then they shouldnt borrow in the first place. They should think about it before they go and throw their money into something they know they cant get themselves out of.Its not the loaners fault, theyre just doing the job that theyre payed for and they do it the way its set forth to be done. The people who take out the loans should blame themselves for digging their own graves.Lay off.
