How do they know if another Business gave you a payday loan? Is there state laws in Florida from keeping a person from getting 2 at a time as long as there not due on same week?

Payday loans are the WORST thing you could ever do.

You should set a a savings plan. You are probably saying you cannot afford to save money right now but the truth is you cant afford not to save money. Budget your money and pay yourself first. Even the smallest amount will add up in time, the trick is to not touch it!

they do not have that type of data base.
I did the processing. Just be aware that you are paying premium dollars.
We used to give $300 and they were paying back $399 in 21 days.
That is really unfair to the consumer. And if the person was late, the pay day loan people would make it a habit to whack the person’s checking accot two times to insure an NSF of $35 per transaction.
    Consider another source.

    One is horrible.
    Two must be excruciating.

As long as Vinny the Pimp isn’t going to break your legs, you’ll be better off stiffing whoever you were going to take that loan out for.

But to answer your question, they know because they asked, and you answered.
It sounds to me like you are planning to lie.
That’s not a good idea, it may escalate this simple bad debt to criminal fraud.

They don’t know, and they don’t care. They make their money by loaning to desperate people in desperate situations.

It up to YOU to control your borrowing and spending.

… and their APR is closer to 400%
